I was looking around the blog 'o sphere today and found Kan's Blog.

He's got some excellent little utils he's developed on there, such as a tool to easily rename column's in exported MP's and some tools for exporting information such as Enums, Classes and Relationships.
He's also got a SQL query for quickly pulling an enum from the DB. Brilliant timing on this find since I was about to write some sql to pull a list of enums out of the DB tomorrow!
